The story so far...
Coming off their last-place finish at the 2010 regionals, McKinley High's glee club, New Directions, was given another year to prove itself and set out on a mission to make the most of their reprieve, especially with the thought of going to New York City for nationals on everyone's minds. Through insurmountable odds faced by both student and teacher alike including more evil schemes from Sue, relationship struggles and more bullying by the popular crowd, they manage to make it to the national competition but fall short of their goal of making it to the final round of the competition, placing 12th overall
Speaking of Sue, after losing some of her glory due to the Cheerios not advancing past their regional competition and the death of her beloved sister Jean, she decides to run for Congress and forges a truce with Will. Will it last, or has she got something even more diabolical up her sleeve?

With another school year set to go, many questions will eventually be answered. Will Sue win a seat in Washington? And can Will find happiness with Emma? But most importantly, with several of the original members set to graduate, can New Directions finally find the breakthrough they've been looking for against arch-rivals Vocal Adrenaline and win it all this time around?

Senior year has finally come! As Will and the members of New Directions set out to recruit new members, new relationships are formed and new challenges begin to arise...especially when Sue gains more political favor with her ultimate plan to eliminate arts programs in public schools - including glee club!

Episode 2: I Am Unicorn (Original airdate: 9/27/11)
Will's confidence is shaken when thanks to an anonymous donor, a second glee club is formed at McKinley by ex-Vocal Adrenaline coach Shelby Corcoran (Idina Menzel). Meanwhile, Kurt runs for class president aided by Brittany, and relationships are put to the test when casting for the school musical "West Side Story" begins

Episode 3: Asian F (Original airdate: 10/4/11)
Mike receives an A minus on a chemistry test, putting him in a bad situation when his traditionalist parents force him to drop out of glee to focus only on academics. Brittany decides to run for president on her own, Will wants to meet Emma's parents, and Rachel and Mercedes compete in the ultimate diva-off for the lead in the school musical
